PRODUCTION PROCESS

The manufacture of a thermoplastic die casting and injection molding is a complex process, and requires technologically advanced technical expertise and discipline in all production phases.

Any project starts with an initial briefing with the client, during which it is transmitted to our development team the idea and the specifications for the product to produce.

The budget and the exact definition of delivery times are vital for control of the entire project. Through appropriate methodology, a multidisciplinary team prepares the production budget and sets the deadline.

The old production starts in the project sector, which through 3D modeling becomes a virtual preview of the template to produce.

After the 3D virtualization of the mold is effected CAE analysis in order to determine the structural strength of the part depending on the stresses exerted on it during use.

The template design is then prepared based on information contained in the analyzes CAE / CAD. Are then generated the trajectories of the tools for roughing, pre-finishing and finishing on CNC machines.

After the machined mold receives a heat treatment that increases his hardness. Finally, it goes to the finishing stands which will be made final adjustments, polishing and some functional testing.
